The OnRamp Fellowship, powered by Diversity Lab, matches experienced lawyers returning to the workforce with firms and legal departments for one-year, paid Fellowships. This unique re-entry platform gives returning lawyers an opportunity to broaden their legal experience, skills, and contacts while demonstrating their tremendous value in the marketplace. In addition, all Fellows receive:
- Free access to online CLE courses
- Training by specialists in negotiations, oral advocacy, project management, and business development
- Monthly cohort meetings with other returnees to share experiences and tips for integrating work and life
- Individualized counseling from an experienced professional career coach
- Performance feedback, mentor(s), and skill-building work from the firm or legal department employer
OnRamp 200 is an exciting new iteration of Diversity Lab’s OnRamp Fellowship. Through this first-of-its-kind initiative, Diversity Lab will work collectively with legal organizations to bring 200 women lawyers back into the legal profession by 2025.
