Relaunch your career with JPMorgan Chase’s ReEntry Program
JPMorgan Chase is proud to offer a unique program designed to help experienced professionals who have taken a break from their careers and are looking to return to the workforce. The 15-week paid fellowship program will support participants as they navigate through skills sessions, on-the-job training, coaching and developmental experiences designed to help them transition back into the workplace and prepare for a long-term career.
Participants also benefit from the engagement of managers, mentors, program alumni, and program management team members.
Target candidates for JPMorgan Chase’s ReEntry Program meet all the following qualifications:
- Have been on a career break for two or more years and who have a desire to return to full-time employment.
- VP or Associate level (or equivalent) at time of departure from the industry.
- Experienced team players with analytical, technical, problem-solving, planning and organizational skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and establish strong working relationships.
