Reinvest in your career
Reinvest, a program for professionals ready to relaunch their careers after time away, is designed to ease your return to the workforce with resources, guidance and support that will drive your success. In addition, once you successfully complete our 12-week program, you’ll transition into a fulltime role at our firm.
Designed for those with at least five years of work history in their chosen field, Reinvest is open to candidates who have taken a current career break of two or more years and are adept at prioritizing and quickly adapting to new challenges and concepts.
No matter your reason for stepping away, we’re excited to help you harness the skills you acquired in that time and hear what new insights you’ll bring back with you.
About Raymond James
Raymond James has always been a different kind of financial services firm, embracing long-term planning, valuing methodical decision-making and remaining focused on what matters most: our clients. Founded in 1962 and a public company since 1983, Raymond James Financial, Inc. is a Florida-based diversified holding company providing financial services to individuals, corporations and municipalities through its subsidiary companies engaged primarily in investment and financial planning, in addition to capital markets and asset management. Today, our client-focused approach has extended to serve client accounts through approximately 8,100 financial advisors in the United States, Canada and overseas.
We have been recognized nationally for community support and corporate philanthropy, we also been ranked as one of the best in the country in customer service, as a great place to work and as a national leader in support of the arts.
When you bring your skill and experience to Raymond James, you’ll become part of something bigger than a financial planning and investment services firm. You’ll become a part of helping a couple feel more confident about retiring, of helping a family plan for the next generation, of helping entrepreneurs introduce game-changing ideas and of helping communities continue to thrive.
