You’ll be part of a cohort, but each participant’s development experience will be customized to help them reach their highest potential; no two participants will have the same experience or set of responsibilities.
The ReSurge Program?is within Eaton’s Electrical Sector North American Sales / Marketing & Commercial Operations Organizations and incorporates industry specific skills training as well as comprehensive leadership development. You’ll have opportunities to polish your existing skills, as well as acquire new ones to help you launch the next phase of your career.
Throughout the program, the program management team will work individually with each participant to refine their experiences and prepare them for their preferred post-program role within Eaton.
This 6–12-month program will include: a corporate overview, various product trainings, workplace tools training (O365, Teams, etc…), Working Smart training (Excel and One Note), networking and leadership development opportunities, as well as a strategic project that will be the capstone for your program. Upon successful completion of the program, employees may transition into a full-time position.
