The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning March 21, 2022 and ending June 30, 2022, with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JP Morgan Chase at the end of the program. The program offers a reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace after an extended career break for two or more years. The fellowship placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set and interest areas within our Corporate Investment Banking, Asset Wealth Management & Commercial Banking Operations business.

In addition, the agile operating model will co-locate product owners, designers, and engineers to rapidly bring-to-market new product features. Position Summary

JPMorgan Merchant Services is seeking a Product Strategy & Insights Associate to obsess over the internal client experience and will drive Voice of the Client based design in the development of our global payments platform. The internal stakeholder journey is a north star for our internal and support processes in the payments product roadmap and will employ creative problem-solving, conduct user value analysis and design global product strategy that solve our client needs. Areas of focus include defining problems that capture stakeholder pain points, defining the ideal product experience for them, translating user and industry research into valuable strategy for our product executives (storytelling), creating new conceptual designs to solve the pain points and influencing global feature prioritization.
