Are you ready to relaunch your legal career after a hiatus? The OnRamp Fellowship, powered by Diversity Lab, is a re-entry platform that matches experienced lawyers returning to the workforce with law firms and legal departments for year-long paid Fellowships.
As part of this structured returnship, each Fellow works with a professional career coach, engages in monthly cohort meetings, and has access to periodic training with other Fellows as well as a plethora of world-class on-demand training options through PLI and Hotshot.
Applications are open now through January 18, 2022 for the second OnRamp cohort:
- 50+ Fellowship openings with top law firms and legal departments—with more added weekly
- Fellowships across dozens of practice groups, including litigation, corporate, IP, real estate, regulatory, and more
- Locations across the U.S., including Atlanta; Boise; Boston; Chicago; Cincinnati; Cleveland; Dallas; Houston; Los Angeles; New York; Miami; Portland; Salt Lake City; San Diego; San Francisco; Seattle; Silicon Valley; St. Louis; and Washington, D.C.
Lawyers are eligible to apply who: (1) have at least three years of full-time, post-licensure legal experience at one or more mid- to large-legal organizations; (2) have taken a hiatus from the practice of law for at least two years or have left the legal profession as a result of the global COVID-19 pandemic; and (3) have an active license to practice law in the U.S.

To be considered for an OnRamp Fellowship, you must fulfill the eligibility requirements, be licensed to practice law in the U.S., and submit an application through the program.
