Job Description
The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning March 21, 2022 and ending June 30, 2022, with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JP Morgan Chase at the end of the program. The program offers a reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace after an extended career break for two or more years. The fellowship placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set and interest areas within our Corporate Investment Banking, Asset Wealth Management & Commercial Banking Operations business.

Foreign Exchange Operation primary functions are supported covered by the 200+ global team. These primary functions include; Payment processing and controls, confirmation drafting issuance and matching, client service, economic affirmation, onboarding to electronic platforms, client money novation, regulatory governance and change management. The group has around:

Service over 60,000 clients with over 400,000 discrete accounts
Manage payments to over 135 different countries, Transact in 130 different currencies, out of 35 JPM entities
Manage > $2Trn of gross settlements on thousands of transactions
Direct businesses supported generate >$4Bn of annual revenue

Location Description

Role Description

The Delaware team will provide comprehensive operational services to the Investment Bank's business across the globe, for FX and FX Options trading products. The department is very fast moving, with ever increasing volumes, there is always an opportunity to learn, increase knowledge, to take on more responsibility and where staff excellence is recognised through reward and promotion. While we are very busy, and the product is very mature we are always looking for ways to improve what we do.

The Currency Operations (Foreign Exchange) Client Service team is responsible for liaising with our clients, front office, settlements and multiple other internal teams. This position include performing key controls as well as providing the best quality client service to our clients and business partners.
