The ReEntry Program is a 15-week fellowship program, beginning March 21, 2022 and ending June 30, 2022, with the prospect of an offer for permanent employment with JP Morgan Chase at the end of the program. The program offers a reintroduction to corporate life for those returning to the workplace after an extended career break for two or more years. The fellowship placements will be based on both business needs and candidate skill set and interest areas within our Corporate Investment Banking, Asset Wealth Management & Commercial Banking Operations business.

What We Look For

Ideal candidates for the program are creative, innovative team players with analytical, technical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills. Individuals must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively in presentations, expressing complex strategies in an organized and articulate manner and have relevant experience for the Line of Business. The ability to relate well to external clients and internal partners and establishing strong working relationships is a crucial requirement of the program.

Individuals must be on a voluntary career break for at least two years in order to be considered for this program

Merchant Services is the global payment processing business for JPMorgan Chase & Co. Merchant Services is a leading provider of payment, fraud and data security for companies large and small and capable of authorizing transactions in more than 130 currencies.

Merchant Services is seeking an experienced Operations expert to define, document and test Operational processes to support incremental Helix platform releases. The Product Manager (Associate) will establish initial Operational processes required to support payment processing via Helix, including process flows, definition of required controls, and detailed procedure documentation. Team member will validate and refine defined processes via ongoing production validation and operational testing cycles. Team members also participate in transition of processes to target state teams, including participation in pilot implementations to ensure a successful and seamless client integration and rollout. As Helix features and tools mature, the Product Implementation and Transition team is focused on continual process enhancement to ensure controls are maintained and best in class operational execution is delivered across the Helix lifecycle.

This is an execution focused role that requires relevant experience with a solid understanding of servicing, onboarding and implementation best practices. Prior experience in Merchant Services Operations is preferred for this role.
